The US blogger Cynthia Ritchie took Facebook live to share the assault of being raped by PPP leader Rehman Malik and other top leaders involved in this lewd act in 2011. Last week, Ritchie tweeted about Benazir Bhutto and Asif Ali Zardari’s life which PPP termed as ‘very derogatory and slanderous remarks,’ and filed a complaint against her.
“In 2011, I was assaulted by Former Interior Minister Rehman Malik. Truth is stranger than fiction, I’ll state it once more. I was assaulted by the then Former Minister Rehman Malik, also blaming ex-Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani and previous Federal Minister Makhdoom Shahabuddin for truly abusing her”, she said in a live video on her Facebook page.
She tweeted, the American claimed individuals from ‘#ZardarisFilthyPPP’ were threatening her.
Ritchie additionally said about the incident she had informed someone at the US Embassy in 2011. But, because of complex relations among the US and Pakistan, the reaction was not exactly satisfactory.
Ex-Prime Minister Yousuf Gilani refused the charges Ritchie made out, yet he said that he even considered reacting to such claims humiliation and disrespect. His son also defended on Twitter.
On the other side, the senator’s representative said that Rehman Malik wouldn’t like to react legitimately but denies the claims. He further said sons of Rehman Malik have autonomously reached their attorneys to perceive what legitimate move can be made against Cynthia Ritchie.
